He is seeking quashing of the order dated 31.1.2006 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 2080 (C) of 2005. Cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under Section 166 of the Indian Penal Code.2. Section 166 of the Indian Penal Code is quoted hereunder:166.
