The appellants have preferred this appeal against the judgment and order dated 24.4.1987 passed by 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in Sessions Trial No. 115 of 1982 whereby the appellants have been convicted for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and have been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life. Appellants. Shiv Jatan Pandey and Ambika Pandey have further been convicted for the offence under Section 27 of the Aims Act and have been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for seven years.2.
