The petitioner appeared in the Annual H.S.C. Examination, 2008 and was declared successful and placed in the first division. The mark sheet, which has been granted to the petitioner, is annexed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition. Since the petitioner expected more marks in the subjects of English (SLE), Mathematics (CMT) and Social Science (SSC), he made an application for rechecking of the marks of the aforesaid papers.
