Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda in S.T.Case No. 27 of 2006 convicting the appellant under Sections 376/511, IPC and sentencing him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for seven years and pay a fine of Rs. 5,000/-, in default to undergo rigorous imprisonment for six months.2.
