No. 345 of 1995- GCD) convicting the appellants under Section 498-A/34 I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the D.P. Condonation of delay in filing the appeal is sought for by the appellant in this application under proviso to Section 16(3) of the Electricity Regulatory Commission Act, 1998 (for short 'the Act').2. The appeal is directed against order of Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, New Delhi (for short CERC). On 19.6.2002 the said order was passed in Petition No. 62 of 2000. Tariff was fixed by the CERC for supplying power from Talcher Thermal Power Station (for short TTPS) to the appellant.3. GRID Corporation Orissa Ltd. (for short GRIDCO) is the petitioner (appellant).
