Case No. 23 of 2001 arising out of Title Suit No. 3 of 2001 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar rejecting the prayer for temporary injunction under Order 39, Rules 1 and 3 read with Section 151, CPC.2.
