The Insurance Company has filed this appeal under Section 30 of the Workmen's Compensation Act (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act'), challenging the award dated May 15, 1998 passed by the Asst. Labour Commissioner-cum-Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Commissioner'), Bhubaneswar, in W.C. case No. 131/96. 2.
