Narasimhm, J. 1. This is an appeal from the judgment of the Sessions Judge of Koraput-Jeypore convicting the appellant under Sections 409 and 467/471, I. P.C., and sentencing him to various terms of imprisonment and fine.2. The appellant was a temporary postman attached to Jeypore post office during April and May, 1952.
