The appellant-original accused has preferred this appeal against the judgment and order dated 26.11.2009 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai in Sessions Case No.47 of 2008. By the said judgment and order, the learned Sessions Judge convicted the appellant for the offence punishable under Sections 302 of IPC and sentenced him to suffer rigorous imprisonment for life and a fine of Rs. 2000/- in default further imprisonment for three months.
