S.R. Khanzode, Presiding Judicial Member: 1. These two appeals which involve identical facts and a common question of law, are disposed of by this common order. 2. Appellant/complainant-Mrs.Mrudula Mohan Kamat from Appeal No.1271/2010 is a wife of appellant/complainant-Mr.Mohan Kamat in Appeal No.1272/2010. These two appeals arise out of orders dated 06/10/2010 respectively passed in consumer complaint No.108/2008 (Mrs.Mrudula Mohan Kamat V/s. Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Ltd.) and consumer complaint No.107/2008 (Mr.Mohan B. Kamat V/s. Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Ltd.) by District Forum, Central Mumbai. The consumer complaints stood dismissed and feeling aggrieved thereby complainant-Mrs.Mrudula Kamat and complainant-Mr.Mohan Kamat filed their respective appeals, supra.
