This is a revision application filed by the State of Maharashtra against the order passed by the Railway Magistrate, Nagpur, praying that the-order passed by him be set aside and the bail granted by the Railway Magistrate in Crime No. 22 of 1974 be set aside and the a'ceused, i.e., the opponents be granted/ R.
