This Criminal Appeal under section 374 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been preferred against the judgment dated 31.12.2013 passed by Shri R.G.Singh, Additional Sessions Judge, Dindori, in Sessions Trial No.89 of 2013, whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge has convicted appellant Chaitu Singh under section 376(2)(f) of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and for each offence has imposed imprisonment for life and a fine in the sum of Rs.2000/-. The appellant was also directed to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of two months in default of payment of fine for each offence. 2.
