This is an application filed by the applicant wife under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of certain proceedings pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jabalpur to the Court of District Judge, Chhindwara. Applicant-wife and respondent got married at Chhindwara on 21.4.2007 and it seems that now there is some dispute between the parties. As a result the suit has been filed for dissolution of marriage by the respondent husband in the Family Court at Jabalpur which is registered as Civil Suit No.110-A/2009. Applicant has come out with a case that she is a young lady with a small child and it is inconvenient fo rher to come from Chhindwara to Jabalpur to defend the case.
