1/ Appellant has filed this appeal against the judgment dated 7.10.1995 passed by the Additional Session Judge, Katni in Trial No.28 of 1995, whereby the appellant has been convicted under Section 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (in short 'the NDPS Act') and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for two years with fine of Rs.2,500/-.
