Mridula Roy, Member The instant appeal has been directed against an order dt. 27.12.2010 passed by DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-II in Complain Case being No. 447 of 2008 allowing the petition of complaint in part directing the OPs to accept Rs. 45,000/- towards balance consideration amount from the OPs immediately and to execute and register the deed of conveyance in favour of the complainant further directing the OPs to pay Rs. 25,000/- to the complainant towards compensation within one month from the date of communication of that order, failing which the amount would carry an interest @ 8% p.a. for the default period. The case of the complainant before the Ld. District Forum, in brief, is that he was a tenant under the OP Nos. 1 and 2 in respect of an area measuring about 400 sq. ft. on rent @ Rs. 170/- per month at the premises having no. 148-C, Linton Street, Kolkata-14.
