Shree Rang Misra, J.1. Wife petitioner Sm. Kankana Rani Das filed a suit under Section 13(1)(1a) of the Hindu Marriage Act for a decree of divorce and for dissolution of marriage between the parties. The petitioner alleges that the negotiated marriage between the petitioner and the respondent having been finalised was solemnized according to Hindu Marriage Act on 7.6.1986 at the premises No. 5, Dr. A.K. Paul Road, P.S.Behala, Calcutta34. The petitioner from the very childhood was living at Secunderabad with her parents and before her marriage she applied for a service at Secunderabad and she got the service under the Government of India K.V. School at Secunderabed, Andhra Pradesh and was on probation.
