Petitioner herein is the accused No.1 in Crime No.57/2010, a case is registered by the respondent - Lokayukta police. After concluding investigation, charge sheet is filed against the petitioner and others for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 8, 13 (1) (d) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 read with Section 120-B of IPC. There are in all 9 accused inclusive of this petitioner.
