The petitioner before this Court is arrayed as accused in Crime No. 12 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 304-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 2.
