1. The petitioner has been arrayed as accused No.1 in S.C.No. 1482/2011 pending before Principal City Civil & Sessions Judge. Bangalore. She along with other accused person said to have committed offences punishable under Sections 302. 201. 120(B) read with Section 34 of IPC.2. According to the case of the prosecution, this petitioner had some monetary transactions with one Vijaya Kumar who was working as Head Constable in Malleshwaram Traffic Police Station.
