This appeal is by the claimants seeking for enhancement of compensation on account of the death of the deceased Seetbaram Jogi in a motor accident. 3. For the sake of convenience the parties in this appeal would be referred to by their rankings as they are arrayed in the claim petition before the tribunal. 4. The brief facts of the case are:- The claimants are the wife, son. daughter and parents of the deceased Seetharam Jogi. Among the parents Nagappa Jogi, father expired during the pendency of the claim petition. According to them, the deceased was aged about 38 years, Archak and also a tailor by profession earning 6.500/- p.m. He was hale and healthy prior to the accident. 1. A contract was entered into between the parties on 6-3-1992 for executing certain construction in respect of relocation of Crusher Plant III at Kudremukh.
