This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure praying to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.51/2011 of Nanjanagudu Town Police Station, Mysore, for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 455, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
