1.This appeal is directed against the judgment and award in MVC No.7819/2007 dated 13.6.2008 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bangalore. The appellant was the claimant before the Tribunal and the respondents were the owner and the insurer of the offending vehicle2. The claimant filed the aforesaid petition seeking compensation for the injuries said to have been sustained by him in an accident occurred on 10.7.2007.
