ORDER1.Petitioner has called in question the order dated 6.9.2004 in Crl.Misc.68/1997 on the file of the II Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate. Bangalore City, confirmed by Fast Track Court-V! in Crl.R.P.530/2004 dated 12.11.2009.2.Respondent wife has filed a petition under Section 3{l)(d) of Mulsim Women (Protection of Right on Divorce) Act, 1986. She has claimed a return of Mehar amount. It is alleged that, by way of Mehar. two sites were given and it is in this regard respondent had called upon the petitioner to pay Mehar amount as well as the maintenance.3.The trial Court considering the nature of allegations and the relationship between the parties and divorce, the petitioner had not given the Mehar amount, had directed the petitioner to pay Rs. 1.000/- per month by interim maintenance. Said order is confirmed by revisional Court. On detail consideration of merit, I do not find there is any justification to interfere with the order.Petition dismissed....
