N. Kumar, J.1. These two appeals arise out of a common order, dismissing Miscellaneous Petition. No. 778/2009 and allowing Miscellaneous Petition No. 35/2010.2. We find from the said order, at paragraph 26, the learned Judge has observed as under:26. A part from this, the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India while dealing with the Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl) No(s). 19-21/2009 has passed three orders on 29.9.2009, 1.10.2009 and 14.12.2009. No. 7 filed under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure thereby granting permission to the 2nd defendant to play the DVD produced in the case.2.
