ORDERJ.S.Khehai-, C.J. (Oral) 1. In furtherance of the order passed by this Court on 30.9.2010, the accused/respondents have issued an order bearing endorsement dated 23.10.2010.2. Having perused the aforesaid order dated 23.10.2010, learned counsel for the complainant/ petitioner acknowledges that the directions issued by this Court on 28.3.2006, while disposing of Writ Petition No.43719/2003, have been fully complied with.3. The only issue that remains, in our view, is the payment of consequential dues to the complainant/petitioner. On the instant issue, learned counsel for the accused/respondents states, that the Government of the State of Karnataka is to constitute the Board of Regents of the University and as soon as the aforesaid Board is constituted, no time whatsoever would be wasted in calculating the dues payable to the complainant/petitioner and releasing them to him.4.
