This appeal is by the claimant directed against the impugned judgment and award dated 28.7.2005 passed in M.V.C.No.6450/2003 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Metropolitan Area, Bangalore, (hereinafter referred to as 'the Tribunal' for brevity).
