The petitioner is calling in question the order dated 11.12.2008 passed by the first respondent-Deputy Commissioner in Revision (P) No. 68/08-09 which is impugned at Annexure 'D' to the petition.2. The petitioner herein claims to be the purchaser of the property bearing Sy. No. 112/2 measuring 1 acre 16 guntas of Kodigehalli Village. The said property is said to have been purchased from the fourth respondent under a sale deed dated 29.12.1995.
