The petitioner, questioning the legality and validity of the impugned order dated 23rd April 2001 in Dispute No. 305/2000-01 on the file of the first respondent and the order dated 19th July 2003 in Appeal No. 622/2001 on the file of the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bangalore, has presented the instant Writ Petition.2.
