The petitioner herein is seeking a direction in the nature of mandamus to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to cancel the admission given to respondent No.5 for the course of Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Post Graduation in the fourth respondent college for the year 2014-2015 and in that place to provide admission to petitioner.
