(Prayer: This petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash order dated 09-09-2009 passed on I.A.VI In R.A.No.35/2007 by the Fast Track Court-I at Raichur vide Annexure-A. And consequently allow I.A. filed u/o 41 Rule 27 CPC r/w 151 of CPC and direct the first appellate court to receive the documents produced by the petitioners/defendants. 1.
