The present petition is filed in the following background.- The petitioner is said to have joined the services of respondent-Bank in the year 1969 as a Clerk. He was promoted from time to time and his services were appreciated throughout the decades. He had served the respondent-Bank at several places within and outside the State of Karnataka.
