In this writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has called in question the order dated 10.12.2011 passed by the 1st respondent in case No.HDMC/113,114,119/JAE/2000 vide Annexure-J. 2. By the impugned order at Annexure-J, the 1st respondent has appointed Sri.D.V.Shet, retd. District Judge, Dharwad, as Enquiry Officer and Sri.S.S.Nayak, as Presenting Officer. 3.
