This appeal is directed against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 26.07.2000, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro whereby the appellants were convicted for the offences under Sections 148 and Section 307 read with Section 149 of the I.P.C. and sentenced to imprisonment for five years.2.
