This criminal appeal is directed against the judgment and order of sentence dated 3-4-99 passed in Sessions Trial No. 262/97, whereby and where under the learned Sessions Judge held the appellant guilty under Section 376, IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for 10 years.2.
