The writ petitioner has prayed for quashing the award dated 15.3.2001, passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Bokaro Steel City in Reference Case No. 06/95, whereby and whereunder he has held that there is a relationship of employer and employee between the Management of Bokaro Steel Plant and the concerned workman.
