Both the applications have been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the orders dated 23.11.1998 and 8.3.1999 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class. Jamshedpur, in C/1 Case No. 714 of 1998 and C/1 Case No. 790 of 1998, whereby and whereunder the orders passed for issuance of summons against the petitioner for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act and Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.3. This revision application has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the order dated 31-8-1994 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Ranchi in G.P. ORDER1. The parties generally agree that, even while the respondent No. 3, the Deputy Commissioner. Deoghar, should continue to function in his present status of a Trustee/Receiver/Administrator, there is imperative need to appoint a broad-based Management Board so that important, vital decisions of far reaching importance, operative in the long run, are taken with respect to the management of the Temple on the linesof Shri Vaisno Devi Shrine Board and Tirupathi Balajee Devsthan and for ensuring that the entry to the Temple is much more easier and comfortable and the exist from the Temple after the pilgrimage is over is equally smooth. The parties, however, want some more time to suggest agreed names for the proposed membership of the aforesaid Board.
