Nisar Ahmad Kakru, J.1. This application for grant or interim relief has arisen out of a writ petition which calls in question inter-se-seniority of the petitioners and the respondents 3 to 5. It has come up for consideration in pursuance of the order of the court dated 28.12.2002. There is an ad-interim direction in favour of the petitioners dated 9.9.2002 placing a restraint on the official respondents from according consideration for promotion to the respondents 3 to 5 on the basis of impugned seniority list, consequent upon which a motion (IA. 2556/2002) came to be laid by the respondents 3 to 5 for recalling the order.
