Land Acquisition Collector, whereby appellant's Land Reference Petition was dismissed upholding Award No. 36/97 dated 28.11.1997 passed by the Collector. The present appeal arises out of the judgment dated 30.12.1999 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amb, District Una, in case No. 60-1-1997, titled as State of Himachal Pradesh v.
