The Management challenges the order dated 11. 10. 04 (Annexure-D) in Reference Case No. 13/1986 whereby revival of the disposedof Industrial Reference was directed, where an award was earlier passed on 21. 5. 1987 under the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act (hereinafter referred to as "the I. D. Act"). The order passed on 6. 12. 05 (Annexure-G) by the learned Labour Court in pursuant to the revival of the Industrial Reference is also challenged, whereby the learned Labour Court upon revival of the disposedof Reference, had directed the parties to submit their respective written statements. 2. 2.
