Biswas, the, learned Assistant Solicitor General/appearing for the respondents, it is obvious that the only question which falls for consideration in this writ petition is whether the penalty of dismissal imposed upon the petitioner by the respondent No. 5 (Commandant, 13 Bn., C.R.P.C.
