P. C, and the respective sentences of death and imprisonment for life passed on them,2. Criminal Reference no, 19 of 1966 was made by the Sessions Judge under Section 374, Cr. P.C. for confirmation of the sentence of death passed by him on the first accused.3. Both the appellants (residents of Heiningpok Village) were charged under Section 302 I.P.C. read with Section 34 I. P.
