Roy Cboudhury, the S.D.M. of Dharmanagar against the petitioner Aswini Kumar Das and another Nalini Kumar Das accusing them of criminal trespass and assault and against Nalini Kumar Das further for outraging the,. modesty of complainant's sister-in-law.
