Dave for the respondents No.2 and 3 has placed on record an affidavit dated 04.10.2011, filed by the Industrial Relations Officer of UGVCL, Mehsana which reads as under :1. I state and submit that earlier affidavit-in-reply has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3. I am filing this further affidavit so as to point out subsequent events and present situation in the matter. 2. I state and submit that UGVCL has decided not to proceed further with the recruitment process on the basis of the advertisement annexed at Annexure-A to the petition. It is submitted that the UGVCL has now treated file as closed and is now not making any appointment pursuant to the said advertisement. In view of this fact, now nothing survives in the present petition.
