The short facts of the case are that the petitioner is claiming that it is a charitable institution running hospital under the name and style as 'Rajasthan Hospital' and Special Civil Application No. 1926 of 1998 has been preferred by the petitioner for challenging the action of the Corporation of issuing bill for recovery of general tax as well as education cess for the Accounting Year 1997-98.2.
