By this petition under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 petitioners have prayed that the FIR No.273/2010 under Sections 380/498-A/406/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) read with Section 3 of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short “the Act”) and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed. 2.
