This appeal has impugned the judgment and decree dated 24.5.2007 which had endorsed the finding of the trial judge dated 24.3.2005 whereby the suit filed by the plaintiff K.Chandra seeking possession of the suit property i.e. the property bearing No.498-B/6, Govindpuri, Kalkaji, New Delhi had been decreed in his favaour. 2.
