(Oral) Dr. A.K. Mishra, Member (A) 1. The applicant has challenged the order dated 07.06.2011 of respondent No.2 by which he was placed under suspension with immediate effect. His main grievance is that the suspension order has not been revoked even after expiry of 90 days although there was no extension of the suspension period following any review. 2.   The applicant, who was working as a daily wage Swachetha Karamchari since 26.02.1991, was regularized on the said post on 02.06.2005 whereas his junior one Sh. Jyoti was regularized on 01.04.1999. When his representations were not heeded to, he filed OA-1491/2009 which was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide his representation. The order dated 04.12.2009 passed by the respondent Corporation in this regard was challenged in OA-3755/2009 which was again disposed of with a direction to the respondents to deal with the case of the applicant properly.
