Present is an appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (in short the Arbitration Act) against the order dated 14th September, 2006 by which the application under Section 34 of the Arbitration Act of the appellant has been dismissed by learned Single Judge of this Court on the ground of limitation.2.
