Maini, officiating Income-tax Officer Class Ii, praying for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction quashing an order (Annexure 'B'), dated 11th July, 1969, whereby he B was reverted as Inspector, Income-tax, on the ground that he was found unsuitable to hold the post of Income-tax Officer Class II. (2) The respondents in the writ petition are (1) Commissioner of Income-tax, Delhi Range I, New Delhi; (2) The Central Board of Direct Taxes, through its Secretary; (3) Shri S. N.
