Instant appeal is directed against the order made in W.P.(MD)No. 18426 of 2014, dated 09.04.2015, by which, the Writ Court has directed payment of conveyance allowance with effect from the date of issuance of G.O.Ms.No.391, Finance(Allowances) Department, dated 07.10.2010. 2.
